Vertical section of human thigh skin showing Langerhans cells (Cy2, green) in the epidermis with a few migrating to the superficial dermis. Basement membranes (Cy3, red) delineate the capillaries and the boundary between the epidermis and the dermis. Mast cells (Cy5, recolored blue) are present near vessels. Secondary antibodies conjugated with Cy2, Cy3, and Cy5 were from Jackson ImmunoResearch Laboratories, Inc.
