By providing new offerings and maintaining the high standards our customers expect, the Product Development team not only secures our competitive advantage today but ensures long-term growth for the future.<\/p>\n<h4>What does Product Development do?<\/h4>\n<p>The Product Development team drives innovation by anticipating scientific trends and developing new products that meet the evolving needs of researchers and scientists. They continue to expand our portfolio with additional cross-species, conjugates, and formats. They enable us to respond quickly to customer requests, strengthening product reliability through close collaboration with Quality Assurance, and act as a link between production, marketing, and customer service.<\/p>\n<h4>Who is the Jackson ImmunoResearch Product Development Team?<\/h4>\n<h5>Katie Wolfe:&nbsp;R&amp;D Manager<\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;I enjoy my role at JIR where I get to combine science, creative thinking, and troubleshooting to help design new products.&nbsp; These products can be used for anything from basic research to therapeutic discovery, ultimately having an impact on human health and medicine.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>Diane Sharp: Supervisor, Product Development and Tech Service Help<\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;My role allowed me to attend several LSE and large scientific meetings to get to know our customers as well as provide technical guidance when asked.&nbsp; It also provided insight into new areas of research. &nbsp; Not related to my role, but my previous experience in large Pharma gave me the opportunity to bring applications in house, such as Western Blotting and flow cytometry, which were previously not performed at JIR.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>Yemima Butler: Senior Scientist<\/h5>\n<p><b>&#8220;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Being a senior scientist at Jackson gives me a lot of independence to apply my scientific skills and knowledge. There are always questions to answer and problems to solve. That dynamic is what I love from my job, especially being surrounded by a kind and supportive team.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>Paige Mathena:&nbsp;Scientific Support Specialist<\/h5>\n<p><b>&#8220;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In my role, I get to work directly with customers to troubleshoot issues and offer advice when needed, while occasionally spending some time in the lab. I enjoy keeping up with my lab skills and being able to generate scientific content for marketing. My role is a great mix of working with people and staying connected to the science side of things, which is a really good fit for me.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>Kevin Witman: Senior Laboratory Technician<\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;I have loved science since my earliest memories.&nbsp; Working at Jackson ImmunoResearch Labs allows me to immerse myself in science while developing new products that are tools to help researchers make life-changing discoveries.&nbsp; It\u2019s a win-win situation!&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<h5>Maureen Chiari: Senior Laboratory Technician<\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Working in product development involves collaborating with my team and implementing ideas to create innovative products used to further scientific research.
