Employees showcased their creative side with costumes ranging from the Y2K era to the groovy 1970s, and even the Mesozoic era. This year\u2019s summer picnic was a time-traveling celebration of fun, friendship, and team spirit.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To start off the picnic, Jackson ImmunoResearch employees gathered for a feast of many delicious foods, including a smoked pig, mac n cheese, cornbread, mashed potatoes, and more. However, everyone\u2019s favorite part of the meal was the Kona ice that Jackson ImmunoResearch provided as a small treat. After everyone had eaten their fill, the festivities and games commenced. It began with testing everyone\u2019s knowledge of past eras through a competitive trivia game. There were also a variety of other games<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> including cornhole, giant Jenga, soccer darts, bucketball, and hula hooping.\u00a0 Each game played provided employees with a chance to win raffle tickets, which could earn them gift cards from different outlets, including Barnes &amp; Noble, Panera, Walmart, Dunkin&#8217; Donuts, and CVS. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As the afternoon drew to a close, there was one final friendly competition to play, which left no one dry! The water balloon fight had everyone laughing, ducking, and completely soaked &#8212; a perfect way to cool down and close out the day.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At Jackson ImmunoResearch, traditions like our summer party aren&#8217;t just about kicking back and having fun; they&#8217;re about camaraderie, making connections, and the stories made and retold.
