The team verifies that products are consistent, accurately documented, and manufactured according to our established quality standards.<\/p>\n<h4>What Does the Quality Assurance Team Do?<\/h4>\n<p>The Quality Assurance team at Jackson ImmunoResearch ensures that all products consistently meet JIR\u2019s rigorous quality, performance, and regulatory standards. This helps ensure that our customers receive products that perform accurately and consistently, with minimal lot-to-lot variation.<\/p>\n<p>Through robust quality systems, such as being ISO 9001: 2015 certified, process oversight, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal and external audits, documentation control, and continuous improvement initiatives, the QA team works collaboratively across departments to support product excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<h4>Who makes up the Jackson ImmunoResearch Quality Assurance Team?<\/h4>\n<h5>Deb Hersch \u2013 QA Manager<\/h5>\n<p>\u201cIn my role, I ensure that quality products reach customers and that JIR remains compliant with regulations, including our Quality Management System and ISO certification. The QA team serves as the gatekeeper between production and customers, upholding high standards and strengthening trust in our brand. Working for a small company whose products advance science worldwide allows me to fulfill a lifelong passion for science.\u201d<\/p>\n<h5>Jen Dorrell \u2013 QA Supervisor<\/h5>\n<p>\u201cI love working in quality because we get to see and test every product made at JIR. We are the gatekeepers for maintaining the high-quality of our products that customers have come to expect. We also get to work with product development, getting&nbsp; a sneak peek at upcoming products, and help R&amp;D prepare products for release.\u201d<\/p>\n<h5>Susanna Soley \u2013 QA Lab Technician II<\/h5>\n<p>\u201cWorking in the QA department gives me the opportunity to contribute to making sure that our products are reliable and high quality, helping to maintain the already good reputation that JIR\u2019s products have in the market \u2013 and that fulfills me, to do GOOD work.\u201d<\/p>\n<h5>Joe Borowski \u2013 QA Lab Technician I<\/h5>\n<p>\u201cMy position is important to me because it allows me to verify the effectiveness of all the products released by JIR and make sure they continue to stay reliable for our customers.\u201d<\/p>\n<h5>Bobbi Vonderheide \u2013 QA Lab Technician I<\/h5>\n<p>\u201cIn QA, we are responsible for testing and evaluating all of JIR\u2019s products at various stages of production. It is remarkable what the [production] labs can achieve when QA can help by providing guidance and answering questions that they have during the manufacturing process.
