Jackson ImmunoResearch is delighted to offer travel funding to support researchers present, share and collaborate with colleagues.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

5 awards of \u20ac\/$1000 are available to put towards the costs of attending an academic conference in 2019. <\/span><\/p>\n

EB 2019 <\/strong>–\u00a0<\/strong>Experimental Biology 2019\u00a0(ASBMB, ASPET,\u00a0ASIP, ASN, AAA)<\/span><\/p>\n

AAI 2019\u00a0<\/strong>– American\u00a0Association of Immunology<\/span><\/p>\n

NSH 2019\u00a0<\/strong>– National Society for Histochemistry<\/span><\/p>\n

SfN 2019<\/strong> –\u00a0 Society for Neuroscience 2019\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The successful applicant will be selected by Jackson ImmunoResearch\u00a0one week prior to the conference.<\/p>\n

\n<\/span>1.<\/span> Travel grants will be awarded to support attendance at either, AACR 2019- American Association of Cancer Research, Experimental Biology 2019, AAI 2019- Immunology, NSH 2019- National Society for Histochemistry or SfN – Society for Neuroscience 2019 and no other events.<\/span>
\n<\/span>2.<\/span> All applications must be submitted to Jackson ImmunoResearch using the online application between\u00a0January 23rd, 2019 and October 12th, 2019.<\/span>
\n<\/span>3.<\/span> Any researcher from an academic or non-profit institution is eligible to apply (Technicians, Ph.D.\/graduate students, Post-doctoral researchers, Principal Investigators).<\/span>
\n<\/span>4.<\/span> Authorship on an abstract\/poster presentation\u00a0at the conference is not required.<\/span>
\n<\/span>5.<\/span> Applicants must complete the application form in full.<\/span>
\n<\/span>6.<\/span> Travel grants will not be awarded to employees of commercial organizations (i.e. biotech or pharmaceutical companies).<\/span>
\n<\/span>7.<\/span> Travel grant recipients will be determined via a random draw by Jackson ImmunoResearch.<\/span>
\n<\/span>8.<\/span> The recipients will be contacted by email\u00a0according to the schedule and also announced online.<\/span>
\n<\/span>9.<\/span> Travel grants will be paid to the laboratory of the award recipient’s principal investigator via the parent university or institution. If paid directly to the PI of the lab, taxes may apply.<\/span>
\n<\/span>10.<\/span> Attendance at JIR\u2019s booth at\u00a0the requested conference will be required to receive travel grant payment and we request you write a short (250 word) summary of your conference experience.<\/span>
