3 color IHC. Vertical section of human thigh skin showing Langerhans cells (Cy2 – green) in the epidermis and migrating towards the superficial dermis. Basement membranes (Cy3, red) delineate the capillaries and the boundary between the epidermis and the dermis. Mast cells (Cy5, recoloured blue) are present near vessels.
