Product Development is an essential part of Jackson ImmunoResearch to ensure our company continues to grow and lead in the industry. By providing new offerings and maintaining the high standards our customers expect, the Product Development team not only secures our competitive advantage today but ensures long-term growth for the future.

What does Product Development do?

The Product Development team drives innovation by anticipating scientific trends and developing new products that meet the evolving needs of researchers and scientists. They continue to expand our portfolio with additional cross-species, conjugates, and formats. They enable us to respond quickly to customer requests, strengthening product reliability through close collaboration with Quality Assurance, and act as a link between production, marketing, and customer service.

Katie Wolfe: R&D Manager

Diane Sharp: Supervisor, Product Development and Tech Service Help

“My role allowed me to attend several LSE and large scientific meetings to get to know our customers as well as provide technical guidance when asked.  It also provided insight into new areas of research.   Not related to my role, but my previous experience in large Pharma gave me the opportunity to bring applications in house, such as Western Blotting and flow cytometry, which were previously not performed at JIR.”
