Highly purified proteins (See ChromPure Proteins) from the serum of non-immunized animals are coupled to cyanogen bromide-activated 4% agarose gels for those who wish to prepare affinity-purified antibodies or to remove cross-reactive antibodies. Proteins are coupled at a concentration of 1 mg protein per ml of settled gel. They are packaged in vials containing phosphate buffer with preservatives.
