Special Notes About Ordering Online

• There is no search feature at this time. To order online, browse the products by clicking on the" Products" tab located in the tab bar across the top of the home page. Within the product tables, clicking on a product code number will add that item to your cart. You can then continue purchasing, or use the checkout button at the top of the product screen. 
  
  Alternatively, if you already know the code number of the product you wish to order, click on "Order by Code Number" in the menu on the left and enter the code number in the spaces provided to rapidly order a product without the need to search through product tables.

• Online orders may be placed within the USA with credit cards or with a purchase order number. Please order by phone, fax, or e-mail if you wish to choose these methods of payment.

• Please choose your preferred method of shipping. We now have lower cost, fixed shipping rates for online orders only based on the average cost to ship to all locations within the USA and our volume discount from FedEx.

We now accept orders using American Express, MasterCard, and VISA. Please provide us with your credit card number and expiration date when placing an order.

Our business hours are Monday ­ Friday, 8:30 a.m. ­ 5:00 p.m. (Eastern time). After business hours or during company functions when telephones are not answered, you may use our Fax number, e-mail address, or voice mail (800-367-5296) to leave a message. A customer service representative will respond as soon as possible.

Confirming Orders are required for all custom, standing, and bulk orders. Please indicate your order is a "Confirming Order" to avoid duplication.

All orders are shipped by Federal Express Standard unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are prepaid F.O.B., West Grove, PA, and added to your invoice. When air freight is requested, all shipping charges are air collect.

All packages are thoroughly checked before shipping and should contain all of the items indicated on the packing list. All claims for missing items must be reported directly to Jackson ImmunoResearch within 5 days after receipt of the order, referencing the purchase order number and the date of shipment. All claims for damaged merchandise must be reported immediately to the carrier, and then to Jackson ImmunoResearch.

Payment is due in U.S. Dollars, net 30 days from the date of our invoice.

Discounts:

The following discounts are automatically given for orders placed within the United States only. Orders placed outside the U.S. are not given these discounts by our international distributors due to extra costs incurred in marketing and bringing products into their countries.

For discounts on annual standing and single bulk orders, please ask our Customer Service Department to supply a quotation for your inquiry.

Please call our Customer Service Department for authorization to return products. All returns must be authorized in order to receive proper credit. We reserve the right to impose handling and restocking charges on any products returned due to customer error.
