Monoclonal Mouse Anti-Fluorescein (FITC) reacts with the fluorescein moiety of FITC and DTAF. It can be used either as a direct conjugate or, for more sensitivity, unconjugated followed by a conjugated anti-mouse IgG. Two examples of use for in situ hybridization, immuno--histochemistry, and flow cytometry are shown below.
