At Jackson ImmunoResearch we are very proud of our Secondary Antibodies and related reagents - read some of the comments from our satisfied customers below!

"The anti-human polyclonal capture reagents are some of the most robust reagents I have used in my biophysical and biochemical studies so far. The capture is very stable for a long time (hours) in an experiment, the anti-human coated chips/plates can be re-used multiple times (sometimes for weeks to a month) without losing antibody capturing capacity and chip surface integrity. Overall, the anti-Fc reagents regardless of the host or capturing species provides a robust capturing ability with minimum cross-reactivity to other species."

Rupesh Nanjunda, Janssen Research & Development

"Our laboratory has standardized the majority of our ELISA assays using JIR secondary antibodies. These antibodies have been proven to be extremely reliable, stable, and consistent. When I order products we receive them the next morning which is very convenient."

Mardi Reymann, University of MD Baltimore

"We only use secondary antibodies from Jackson ImmunoResearch whenever possible! Customer service is also excellent and the price point for their products is very competitive."

Elizabeth Soberg, University of Washington

"Without question, I can always turn to Jackson ImmunoResearch secondary antibodies for ECL detection of any primary antibody! They produce great signal at low dilutions, last for years even through bad laboratory practice like repeatedly using the same tube every time, and come in a variety of species flavors."

W Thompson, OSHU

"I have used a wide variety of secondaries and Jackson ImmunoResearch has consistently been the best. The fluorophores are bright and stable and their selective (x reactivity removed) secondaries have always shown species specificity in multiple labeling. Not the cheapest, but the best."

Janet Duerr, Ohio University

"I've been using Jackson ImmunoResearch Secondary Antibodies since my graduate school days (33 years!) in my group's ELISAs and FACS work. Their reliability/consistency is outstanding. It is great to have a "go-to" vendor for this crucial component of many immunoassays."

James Riggs, Rider University

"After years of use of Jackson's secondary antibodies, I am still entirely satisfied and I will continue to use those products that totally fulfill my needs."

Olivier Haccard, CNRS

"We replaced all of the previous secondaries with Jackson ImmunoResearch Laboratories Inc. antibodies. Good choice of colours/reactivities/hosts. Perform very well in multi-labeling staining due to variety of pre-adsorbed versions available. Very helpful customer service. Every time I had some problem or when I was trying to optimise my protocol I always received professional assistance and lots of good tips. All in all - my favourite secondary antibodies. Maybe not the cheapest - but worth every penny"

Izabela Borek, Medical University of Graz

"The secondary antibodies from Jackson ImmunoResearch are easy to handle, effective, very reproducible (even through batches) and have very low background. The ratio price/quantity is very good, as well as the customer and post sales services."

Tiago Mendes, Institut Pasteur de Lille

"Affordability, specificity and high signal coupled to long shelf life make these secondary antibodies our first line of choice in ongoing research in our lab. The company is also very helpful and supportive."

Mario Valentino, University of Malta

"I have been using a bunch of different whole IgG Affinity-Purified Secondary Antibodies conjugated with different fluorophores. They are all easy to use under the standard protocol of immunohistochemistry. The working concentration is written clearly in the description sheet and they really work well. Each bottle of the secondary antibodies I bought from Jackson ImmunoResearch is worth the money and I would like to recommend others to buy the secondary antibodies from Jackson ImmunoResearch."
